Dear Parents and Campers,
We are so excited to welcome your children to Lassiter Drama’s Camp Spotlight. As we prepare for camp to begin, we would like to make sure you have some important camp information.

Camp Hours
Monday-Wednesday
9:00-9:15- Drop off in the Little Theatre (NOT the concert hall). We will have balloons and signs directing you to the entrance.
9:15-10:00- Group Games in the Theatre
10:00-11:30- Individual Classes and Show Work and snacks (popsicles)
11:30-12:00- Stage work and Dismissal
Thursday
9:00- Drop off
9:15-11:45- Show Rehearsal
12:00-1:00 Lunch (Pizza and fruit)
1:00-1:30- Final Preparations
1:30- House Opens for all Family and Friends of the show
2:00- Show Starts
3:30- Curtain Closes and Dismissal (We will have flower and candy bouquets for sale)
What to Bring
A water bottle labeled with your child’s name.
Small Backpack to carry crafts and other items. If you child needs to carry medication with them, they may, but if you prefer that the adults keep it, please give it to the adults at check. We will sign meds in and out.
What to Wear
Closed toe shoes
We will be active and be doing several activities with paint, MAKEUP, and other fun textile items. Therefore, please dress your child in play clothing that you don’t mind possibly getting stained.
If you do not want makeup applied to your child, please email me at [email protected]. K-5th will be doing facing painting and the 6th-8th grade will be learning base face and how do to basic fantasy makeup.
For the day of the performance, please dress you child in jean or black shorts and their camp shirt. If requested, you camp counselor may ask for a different outfit.
Check-in
Please arrive early to allow time for check-in. Once your child is checked in, he/she will be escorted by his/her coaches into the theatre.
Check-out
Check out will be in the same place as check in. We ask that you sign your child out with our coaches, but that you do not enter the theatre. We will bring your child to the front lobby.
